Police in Likoni have launched Manhunt for two of the gangsters who narrowly escaped after their attempt to attack A team of undercover officers who were on their normal patrol routine with pangas at an approved area backfired.
During the incident which occurred today at around 11 am, one of the gangsters was shot dead and two others escaped by a whisker. A motorbike with registration number KFM 827D red in color and a panga that they were using to carry out their criminal activities were recovered.
Likoni police OCPD, Joseph Karanja, also confirmed the incident saying the body of the suspect has been moved to the coast general hospital as investigations continue.
