A family in Likoni Mombasa county is living in agony following the disappearance of their 14 year old minor
Lizz Akinyi went missing from her parents Likoni home on moments after she was reported to have attended menstrual hygiene classes
According to the mother, Wilkyster Kerubo, the Timbwani secondary school form one student is believed to have gone missing after she was left at their home in approved area , with her husband who at the time was sick.
She claims that when she returned home from work and enquired on the whereabouts of the minor, her husband informed her that she had left for the menstrual classes organized by “Dream girls”.
The family has reported the matter in several police stations including Shelly Beach police station under OB number 27/22/05/2023.
Her mother has described her daughter as a quiet person who keeps to herself most of the times
