A Swiss national who was arrested in one of the Mtwapa town’s estate by sleuths following accusations of stealing in Diani has been charged in Kwale.
Peter Rolf Fluri was charged for the offence of stealing contrary to section 268 of the penal code.
The facts surrounding the case being that on the 18th day of July 2025 in Diani location Msambweni sub-county in Kwale County within coast region, Fluri stole three kites valued at 9,500 EUROS the property of Patrick Junk.
The accused person pleaded not guilty to the charges and was released on a kshs.500,000 bond or kshs.250,000 cash bail with two surety.
The matter was mentioned on October 14 this year for pre-trial.
