On Friday, 20 November 2025, the National Police College Embakasi ‘A’ Campus hosted a momentous event as the DIG–KPS Mr. Eliud Lagat, CBS, OGW, SS, HSC, ndc (K) presided over the final parade rehearsal for the Chiefs’ and Assistant Chiefs’ Induction, Paralegal and Security Management Course No. 1–3/2025.
He was warmly received at the College by DIG–APS CFE Gilbert Masengeli, CBS, OGW, SS. Also, in attendance were senior government and police officials, including Ms. Beverly K. Opwora, E.B.S, Principal Administrative Secretary National Administration in the Ministry of Interior; Dr. Masoud Mwinyi, MBS, OGW, HSC – SAIG PD–DIG APS; Isaac Alimaa, MBS, OGW – SAIG Commandant NPCE ‘A’ Campus; Mr. Aggrey Shamala – AIG Commandant RDU; Ms. Bianca Nzioki, psc (R) – AIG Director training and research APS and Mr. Jackson Kisang, OGW – AIG, Service Quarter Master, among other dignitaries.
The final parade rehearsal showcased discipline, preparedness, and the culmination of an intensive training programme tailored to equip chiefs and assistant chiefs with critical skills in paralegal support, governance, and security management.The presence of top leadership from the police service and the Ministry of Interior underscored the significance of the course in strengthening national administration structures at the grassroots.
