A man accused of using excessive force to steal mobile phones, an iPad and some cash from a woman in Changamwe has been sentenced to 20-years imprisonment . Kenya Police Constable Ann Wanjiku Waigwa was on duty at Wilson Airport in the company of other airport staff, when a tourist dropped a bag *containing 19,000 USD, financial cards* and other valuables.
